Organizational Benchmarking

This service is aimed at Clients who wish to compare themselves with their reference market and competitors regarding business models and organizational trends.

We define with the Client the objective of the survey, the target list of competitor companies and the company areas/functions to be investigated. We provide a detailed analysis of the competitors’ organization, adopted business model, main business processes, key figures in the organization, and tools used for business management.

The organizational benchmark is a useful tool for Company Management to evaluate organizational changes based on new or consolidated successful models. Having up-to-date organizational information on competitors allows for a better understanding of ongoing competitive dynamics, one’s market position, possible growth strategies, and making decisions accordingly.

Talent Mapping

Talent Mapping is a strategic tool for Clients who wish to plan the growth and evolution of their company with foresight. Through Talent Mapping, companies can anticipate organizational needs and make decisions to attract and retain the best resources.

Our talent mapping service aims to identify the best professionals in the market for a specific company role and is always tailored to the Client’s specific needs. The type and level of information contained in the mapping are agreed upon with the Client on a case-by-case basis, depending on the objectives.In general, it may include the following information regarding target candidates:

  • education and professional experience (name, educational background, companies and roles held),
  • developed skills,
  • compensation package (job classification, salary, benefits),
  • motivation to consider a job change,
  • professional expectations.

Compensation Benchmarking

The Compensation Benchmark is a useful tool for Company Management wishing to verify and evaluate the consistency of their compensation policies.Particularly for “key figures” in the company, through a comparison with the compensation policies of similar companies.This analysis allows companies to:

  • improve internal equity,
