Our History

VIR HR Human Resources was founded in 2005 by Vittorio Rizzi after a long career as HR Director in both national and multinational companies. The goal was to leverage his expertise, particularly in the recruitment and selection process, to assist companies in identifying and bringing on board the individuals who can truly make a difference for the organization. Today, this mission is carried forward by Daniela Colombo and Laura Galli.

In 2015, VIR HR Human Resources became a partner of the international network Kennedy Executive Search with the aim of expanding its HR services and offering them internationally.

Daniela Colombo

Daniela Colombo has been a Partner and Managing Director of VIR HR Human Resources since 2017.

She has over twenty years of experience in recruitment and executive search, managing projects for national and multinational companies across various sectors.

Her experience in recruitment and selection, along with her work in Temporary Management and Consultancy within the HR departments of international organizations, has enabled her to develop a deep understanding of business structures and the ability to analyze and comprehend the driving forces behind companies.

Laura Galli

Laura Galli has been a Partner and Managing Director of VIR HR Human Resources since 2024.

She has over twenty years of experience in recruitment and executive search in Switzerland and Italy, managing projects for major national and international organizations. She is the main contact in Italy for the Kennedy Executive network, for which she has managed several assignments, gaining a deep understanding of international business dynamics and corporate cultures.
