VIR Human Resources is a point of reference in the field of personnel recruitment and selection. With offices strategically located in Saronno and Milan, VIR HR boasts consolidated experience and a deep knowledge of the Italian job market, offering, in particular, targeted solutions for the recruitment of executives, top managers, and senior managers.

Thanks to a structured methodology that is always attentive to new tools offered by the market, VIR HR does not limit itself to identifying talents: it builds strategic connections between valuable professionals and successful companies.

We work in partnership with our Clients to identify candidates who can be a true asset for the organization. We are not content with evaluating the consistency of professional paths, but we examine the motivations, potential, and cultural alignment of candidates with companies.

Over the years, collaboration with companies from different sectors has made us flexible and capable of quickly grasping the peculiarities and logic that characterize each business and the skills that make a difference.

Our History

VIR HR Human Resources was founded in 2005 by Vittorio Rizzi after a long experience gained as HR Director in national and multinational companies. The objective of making available the skills developed, particularly in the process of personnel recruitment and selection, supporting companies in identifying and bringing on board people who can make a difference for the organization, is now carried forward by Daniela Colombo and Laura Galli.

In 2015, VIR HR Human Resources became a partner of the international Kennedy Executive Search Network with the aim of expanding its HR services and offering them abroad as well.

Daniela Colombo

Daniela Colombo has been a Partner and Administrator of VIR HR Human Resources since 2017.

She has gained twenty years of experience in recruitment and selection and Executive Search, managing projects for national and multinational companies in different sectors.

Her experience in recruitment and selection and Temporary Management activities and Consulting carried out at HR Departments of international companies have allowed her to develop a deep knowledge of corporate organizations and an ability to analyze and understand the logic that guides companies.

Laura Galli

Laura Galli has been a Partner and Administrator of VIR HR Human Resources since 2024.

She has gained twenty years of experience in recruitment and selection and Executive Search in Switzerland and Italy, following projects for important national and cross-border realities. She is the point of reference in Italy for the Kennedy Executive network, for which she has managed various assignments, acquiring a deep knowledge of international business logic and cultures.
